Using BriefSure
You may use BriefSure to prepare lawful creator content and client deliverables. You are responsible for final review, product-claim accuracy, advertising disclosures, platform compliance, and permission to use every material you submit.
AI-assisted output
Concepts, scripts, analyses, and shootboards are suggestions, not legal, medical, financial, advertising, or professional advice. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before filming, delivery, or publication.
Client materials and confidential information
You confirm that you have authority to process the briefs, messages, links, claims, and other client materials added to a project. Do not submit information you are prohibited from sharing.
Approvals
Client review records document a workflow decision for a specific project version. BriefSure does not represent them as an electronic signature, contract, guarantee of payment, or substitute for your client agreement.
Plans, renewal, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. The Creator plan includes 20 newly started projects per calendar month. Rewrites and review versions within an included project do not count as another project. Payment, tax calculation, receipts, and cancellation may be handled by our authorized billing provider.
Fair use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe security, evade usage limits, or automate access in a way that harms the service or other customers.
Service availability
We work to keep BriefSure reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated work will be accepted by a client or produce a particular marketing result.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights in your location still apply.
