Our privacy commitments
BriefSure is designed around private creator workspaces, purposeful collection, restricted client-review links, and clear deletion requests. We do not sell project content or use it to train a BriefSure-owned model.
The public Brief Checker
The public Brief Checker runs locally in your browser and does not send the pasted brief to BriefSure. The brief enters your account only when you choose to save it and continue into a signed-in project.
Information we process
We process account details, authentication events, project inputs, client materials, generated deliverables, approval records, subscription status, product usage, device and security information, and messages sent to support or feedback.
Why we process it
We use information to provide and secure the service, generate requested deliverables, preserve versions and approvals, operate subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the workflow.
AI and service providers
Authenticated AI features send the project text needed for the requested task to configured model and infrastructure providers. Payment details are processed by the checkout provider and are not stored in BriefSure project tables.
Sharing and client review
We share information with service providers only as needed for hosting, authentication, AI processing, billing, email, security, and support, or when law requires it. A client sees only the project version authorized by its review link.
Retention and deletion
You may request account deletion from Settings. Access is disabled after verification; active project data is scheduled for deletion subject to short recovery, backup, fraud-prevention, accounting, and legal-retention requirements.
Security
We use access controls, row-level database policies, tokenized review links, server-side secrets, and auditable billing events. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@briefsure.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify identity before acting.
International processing
BriefSure serves international creators. Your information may be processed in countries different from where you live, subject to the safeguards available through our providers and contracts.
